Attention Members - NSW Companion Animals Taskforce Report Update
This fight is by no means over, let alone won. We still need your help.
The relevant Government Department is now analysing all responses. We appreciate the efforts of many of our Dogs NSW members.
The pro-active and visible approach to Parliamentarians needs to continue and we encourage all members who haven’t yet done so, to both visit and write to their local Member and the two relevant Ministers outlining your concerns with the recommendations. Read more

Response to Taskforce Recommendations
Breeders of pedigree dogs across NSW will fight plans outlined by the Government in its recently released ‘Companion Animals Taskforce Report’.
Dogs NSW, an organisation representing 10,000 owners of pure bred dogs, says the Taskforce has got it all wrong by focusing its attention on already regulated areas of the animal industry rather than going after the currently unaccountable. Read more
