At its October 2014 meeting, the Board of Directors resolved that Dogs NSW will conduct a Conformation Judges Education Program Practical Examination on Saturday 9 May 2015.  Any former Trainee who holds a Group or Single Breed Theory Examination pass will be eligible to undertake this examination subject to conforming with the following requirements of Regulations Part III-Conformation Judges Education Program, which are as follows:-

• Clause 6.1.2 applies to Trainees who have attained a pass in a Theory Examination, however, have not yet undertaken a Practical Examination for the Group concerned.  The Trainee must judge fifty (50) dogs and critique fifty (50) dogs from the relevant Group.

• Clause 10.13 applies to Trainees who were unsuccessful in a previous Practical Examination for the Group concerned.  The Trainee must judge a further twenty five (25) dogs and examine and critique a further fifty (50) dogs from the relevant Group in accordance with Clause 6.1.2.

Only critiques which are dated 9 July 2014 or later will be accepted and must be submitted to Dogs NSW, together with an Enrolment Form and evidence of the required judging, by 3.00pm on Tuesday 31 March 2015 to afford time for the Conformation Judges Training Committee to approve them.  Judging must be undertaken at Open Shows or in Trainee Judges Sweepstakes because no further official Field Days/Nights will be held prior to the Examination.

In accordance with Clause 7.4, a Trainee who failed a Practical Examination for a Single Breed is not required to undertake any further Practical Training, however, must naturally submit an enrolment form by the same closing date.
