DOGS NSW would like to remind all Affiliated Clubs that, in accordance with a previous resolution of the Board, any Affiliate who has not paid the annual affiliation fee or insurance payment for a maximum of (2) months after 31 July 2018, their record on the National Database will indicate that the Affiliate is unfinancial. Should the Affiliate wish to renew after that time, the application will need to be approved by the Board of Directors.

Further, if the Affiliate has approval to conduct a Show in the near future, they will be required to bring their affiliation up to date by the Monday prior to their Show to avoid cancellation of that Show or dissaffiliation of the Club.

Please note, an Affiliated Club is not covered by Public Liability or Voluntary Workers insurance policies should they conduct a Show whilst unfinancial and, therfore, risks being held solely responsible for any incidences which may occur during that Show.

To avoid dissaffiliation, please ensure your payment of the DOGS NSW 2018 /2019 Affiliate Renewal and Insurance Fee is recieved in this Office by COB Friday 30 September 2018.
