Board of Directors monthly meetings

Dogs NSW Board of Directors meet on the second Wednesday of each month commencing at 2.00pm in the Amenities Building, The Bill Spilstead Complex for Canine Affairs, 44 Luddenham Rd, Erskine Park. As meetings of the Board are subject to change, as a guide only, “In Camera” matters are generally discussed between 2.00-3.30pm and following that, the meeting is opened to all members.

Members interested in attending any Board  meeting should confirm times with the Office prior to attending.

The Agenda for Board meetings closes on the “27th day of each month” – any items received from members or affiliates after that date will be held over to the next month. The Agenda for each meeting is available on the day to members who attend the meetings.

If, however, a member would like to receive,by post, a hard copy of the Agenda for a Board meeting, they
should forward to the Office a stamped self addressed envelope marked “Board Agenda”. The Minutes of Board Meetings are available below for download as pdf documents.
