Apple & Google Wallet Digital DOGS NSW Membership Cards
26-02-2026
We are pleased to advise that Apple Wallet and Google Wallet digital membership cards are now officially available for use. This initiative provides members with the option to securely store their DOGS NSW membership card on their smartphone, allowing convenient access at events and whenever proof of membership is required.

How to Request Your current 2025 / 26 Digital Membership Card
If you would like to receive your digital membership card which expires on 30th June 2026, please email the Office at [email protected], and we will arrange for your personalised card link to be sent to you.

The digital card email will be issued from [email protected]. Please ensure this address is added to your safe senders list and check your SPAM or JUNK folder if necessary.
Please note that the download process must be completed on your mobile phone, as the card is designed for storage in Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android devices). At the bottom of the email, you will see the Apple Wallet logo (iPhone) and the Google Wallet logo (Android). Please select the option relevant to your device.

2026–2027 Membership Renewals
All members will automatically receive a digital membership card once payment of their 2026–2027 Membership Renewal invoice has been processed. Renewal invoices will be issued on 1 April 2026.
Once payment has been confirmed, your updated digital card will be sent to you for download.

Important: Before adding your new card, you must delete any previously issued DOGS NSW digital membership card from your Apple or Google Wallet.

Key Information
•   Your digital card can be accessed at any time from your phone wallet once added.
•   Address details can be viewed via the pass details / menu option on the card.
•   At present, the card content is not dynamic. If your details change (for example, an address update), a replacement card will be issued and you will need to remove the previous card before adding the new one.
•    Dynamic, automatically updating functionality is planned for a future enhancement.
•   Traditional plastic membership cards remain available for members who prefer them. The digital card is simply an additional option — not a replacement.

We thank members for their continued support as we modernise our systems and introduce improvements designed to enhance member experience and service delivery.
