Retrieving & Field Trials ~ Rules Review

Rules Review - Field Trials for Utility Gundogs

A rule review is currently underway for Utility Gundog Field Trials. A public meeting was scheduled for the first weekend in May but unfortunately this has been cancelled due to changes to the Victorian Quail Season. Anyone who is interested in participating in a Facebook Messenger meeting to discuss the proposed amendments should contact Paul Hamson at [email protected]. Alternatively interested persons are invited to complete and submit the Consultation Form by clicking here.

Rules Review - Retrieving Trials for Gundogs

Dogs Australia has tasked the National RAFT with conducting an immediate rule review dealing with the introduction of artificial game into Retrieving Trials, and the management and usage of game. This rule review is required to be completed by October 2023 with any amendments commencing in January 2024. DOGS NSW has only until June 30th to make any submissions which means the RAFT must have completed the NSW process by the end of May. Interested persons are invited to complete and submit the Consultation Form by clicking here.
